1^st CONTACT (LOTS OF EMAILS)

The agency asks for pictures of venues, tables, technical equipment, measures, stages, about available furniture, availability, space possibilities and max capacities in different setups.

1^st CONTACT

The agency receives access to the application where they have all the details regarding venues, lobbies and other potential venue spaces. Available 360 degrees view, detailed pictures and measurements of each piece of furniture and equipment that the venue offers, plus an in scale simulation.

1^st VISIT

The agency inspects the venue and gets their first look of the space, but they still don’t have a clear idea or perception of how the venue can be arranged.

NO VISIT YET

There is no need for the first visit just for space perception. With our application the agency already got their first impression by playing around with venue simulations in scale. Their first visit will probably result in details discussion and deal conclusion.

2^nd ROUND OF EMAILS (REGARDING VENUE)

The agency goes back to the office and discuss further. They usually ask for additional information that can easily be found on our application.

NO NEED FOR 2^nd ROUND OF EMAILS

The application already answered more than 90% of questions.

2^nd VISIT

The agency brings their client (end user) to the venue and discusses with them in detail (usually with pen and paper, making a sketch of the venue).

1^st VISIT

The agency already got the confidence and information needed through the application and did its own print out versions of venue arrangements that have been discussed with their client even before the first visit.

SpaceApp d.o.o. je uskladio svoje poslovanje sukladno GDPR uredbi (EU) 2016/679 Europskog parlamenta i vijeća o zaštiti pojedinaca u vezi s obradom osobnih podataka i o slobodnom kretanju takvih podataka.

Kako bismo poboljšali kvalitetu i sadržaj naših stranica, koristimo Google Analytics software u oblaku za analizu posjećenosti i uporabe našeg web mjesta.

Iz podataka dobivenih pomoću analitičkih kolačića kreiramo statističke izvještaje o izvorima prometa (npr. korištene tražilice, verzije preglednika, vrste uređaja, razlučivosti zaslona isl.) te o posjećenosti pojedinih stranica i interesu za proizvode (npr. ukupan broj pregleda stranice, prosječno vrijeme pregledavanja, broj dodavanja u košaricu, broj kupnji isl.).

Kolačići su trajni (od jednog dana do dvije godine) i postavljeni s naše domene, prikupljaju podatke u anonimiziranom obliku i ne služe za identifikaciju pojedinog korisnika, a Google ih ne koristi i ne povezuje s podacima o aktivnostima korisnika na drugim web mjestima.

Posjetitelji našu web stranicu mogu posjetiti bez otkrivanja osobnih podataka o sebi. To znači da podatke o posjetiteljima ne prikupljamo, osim ako dobrovoljno posjetitelj ne pošalje svoje osobne podatke na našu službenu mail adresu u svrhu kontaktiranja ili slanja ponude. Isto vrijedi i za slanje otvorenih molbi za posao i životopis. Slanjem takvih podataka daje se prešutna privola za prikupljanje i obradu osobnih podataka. Privole su dobrovoljno, informirano i nedvosmisleno izražavanje želje klijenta i naših zaposlenika kojima oni jasnom potvrdnom radnjom daju pristanak za obradu osobnih podataka.

SpaceApp d.o.o. posluje najvećim dijelom s poslovnim subjektima prema kojima nije potrebno tražiti privole jer je riječ o pravnim osobama. Zaštita osobnih podataka prema pravnim osobama se temelji na pravnom legitimitetu koji proizlazi iz potpisanih ugovora. Privole se potpisuju sa zaposlenicima SpaceApp d.o.o. U svakom trenutku zaposlenici mogu povući svoje privole.

SpaceApp d.o.o. je u pojedinim slučajevima obvezan čuvati osobne podatke u vremenskom trajanju (razdoblju) koje za pojedinu svrhu propisuju mjerodavni zakonski propisi. Ukoliko čuvanje podataka nije zakonski definirano tada se čuvanje osobnih podataka ograničava prestankom svrhe u koju su ti podaci prikupljeni. Brisanje osobnih podataka se radi istekom zakonskog roka koji obvezuje SpaceApp d.o.o. na čuvanje pojedinih osobnih podataka ili kao što je ranije rečeno, prestankom svrhe obrade tih podataka, isti se brišu.
